5G Multi-UE Emulator for POWDER OTIC

The University of Utah is seeking a UE emulator/simulator solution supplier for the Flux Research Group to enhance their POWDER platform's end-to-end 5G SA OTIC testing capabilities. The proposed items or systems must meet the specifications listed in the solicitation document. The solution must support at least 64 emulated/simulated 5G UE devices, have full standalone 5G mode support, and be capable of 2 Gbps downlink and 1 Gbps uplink speeds. The vendor must provide a warranty of at least 1 year and guarantee delivery within 2 months of ordering. • The University reserves the right to award this bid to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor who meets the minimum specifications. • The bid submission deadline is November 25th, 2025, at 12:00 PM Mountain Time. • Questions regarding this IFB should be submitted through BidNet Direct by November 20th, 2025, at 11:00 AM PST. • The University requires all components to be delivered within two months of ordering.
