Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive recycling services for the Durham VAMC. The services include collection of mixed paper, cardboard, aluminum cans, glass, and other recyclable materials, as well as secure handling and destruction of personally identifiable information. The contractor will also be required to provide education and training support for staff and submit monthly statistical reports. The contract has a base period of one year, with four option periods. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and confidentiality.
