Budget estimate

$90,000 – $110,000

The solicitation caps total funding at $100,000 for the 10‑month contract, paid on a fee‑for‑service basis. Assuming the County awards the full amount, the contractor’s revenue would be roughly $100 K. However, proposals may be partially funded or split among multiple vendors, so a realistic range is $90,000–$110,000, allowing for modest variations in awarded amount or additional optional extensions. Factors influencing the final budget include the number of participants served (minimum 35), the per‑participant fee structure, and whether the County exercises the two optional 12‑month extensions.
