Campus Pest Management

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive pest and rodent control services at the Department of Public Health Richmond Campus. The contractor shall adhere to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles and environmental compliance standards, and provide monthly documentation of services performed, quarterly review meetings, and semi-annual site-walks with the project representative. • The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials to perform the services. • The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest cost. • The scope of work is described in Exhibit A, which is part of the solicitation package.
