Description
The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission is seeking a consultant to design and implement a new, user-centered regional data portal serving PVPC communities in Hampden & Hampshire Counties. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a portal that provides easy access to data and information for the region. The scope of work includes designing and implementing the portal, as well as providing training and support to PVPC staff.
• The consultant will be expected to have experience in designing and implementing data portals, as well as knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• The consultant will be required to work closely with PVPC staff to understand the needs of the region and develop a portal that meets those needs.
• The consultant will be responsible for providing training and support to PVPC staff on the use of the portal.
• The consultant will be expected to ensure that the portal is accessible and user-friendly for the public.
