Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide multiple drawing items, including a disk, clutch, non-vehicular, a frame section, structural, vehicular, a hub assembly, road wheel, a retainer, ejector cartridge, bomb rack, and a cover access. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a 3-year base period and two 1-year option periods. The contractor will be required to provide the items in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided. The contractor will also be required to comply with various regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• The contract will include five different National Stock Numbers (NSNs) with unique characteristics and requirements.
• The contractor will be required to provide certificates of conformance and to comply with various quality control requirements.
• The contractor will be required to provide packaging and marking in accordance with MIL-STD-129 and other regulations.
• The contractor will be required to comply with various environmental and safety regulations, including those related to the use of mercury and other hazardous materials.
