City Hall Elevator

The City of Madeira Beach is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete the project of installing a new outdoor elevator at City Hall. The project includes design coordination, furnishing and installation of the elevator, removal and disposal of the old elevator, structural coordination, electrical work, and compliance with applicable codes. The contractor must also provide testing, inspection, certification, training of City personnel, and warranty and close-out documentation. The technical requirements include a minimum of two stops, outdoor-rated equipment, corrosion-resistant materials, ADA-compliant cab size and controls, and a maintenance plan for at least 5 years. • The project requires a new outdoor elevator with specific technical requirements • The contractor must comply with ADA, FBC, ASME A17.1, and all applicable local, state, and federal codes • The project includes removal and disposal of the old elevator • The contractor must provide a maintenance plan for the elevator for at least 5 years
