CP1119681‑Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory‑Phase 2‑Lab Gas Piping

The contract calls for the design, fabrication, and installation of a complete stainless‑steel laboratory gas piping system to serve an Owner‑provided nitrogen tank. The work includes tubing, fittings, valves, regulators, supports, labeling, clean‑installation practices, orbital welding where required, coordination with other trades, pressure testing, leak checking, purging, commissioning, and delivery of as‑built documentation. • Supply and install stainless‑steel gas pipe, fittings, valves, regulators, and supports for a nitrogen tank system. • Perform all required testing, leak detection, purging, and commissioning in accordance with ASME B31.3, NFPA 55, and local codes. • Coordinate with other trades, provide full documentation, and ensure compliance with clean‑installation standards and orbital welding where applicable. • Deliver as‑built drawings and final documentation to the owner upon completion.
