Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a vendor to provide weekly rental, cleaning, delivery, pickup, and replacement of protective clothing and related operational supplies for its Office of Air Operations, Thermal Air Unit. The contractor will measure employee sizes, issue initial uniform sets, manage a container for soiled items, perform quarterly inventory inspections, and replace lost or damaged items as required. The contract is an indefinite‑delivery, fixed‑price agreement with a three‑year base term (Nov 2026‑Nov 2029) and possible extensions.
• Weekly delivery and pickup of cleaned protective garments (jackets, shirts, trousers) and ancillary items (rags, towels, slip mats, dust mops).
• Initial sizing, emblem placement, and ongoing resizing/replacement services.
• Quarterly inventory audits, container provision for soiled items, and responsibility for items lost or damaged while in contractor custody.
