47779 HVAC – Replace Roofs, Maintenance & Depository Buildings

This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace roofing systems and perform associated maintenance and depository building work at the New York State School for the Blind in Batavia, NY. The scope includes full removal of existing roofing (asphalt built‑up, metal, and shingle), asbestos abatement of roof assemblies, installation of new roof deck infill, EPDM membrane, standing‑seam metal panels, and asphalt shingles, as well as coordination of HVAC, electrical, and structural elements.
