Description
The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive administrative support services for the Alaska Marine Highway Operations Board. The contract will be for a year-round meeting administration, board support, compliance functions, document management, reporting, and coordination. The selected firm will need to have experience assisting another government agency with communications and public meetings, as well as experience with streaming, social, and telecom technology. The firm will also need to have special skillsets that distinguish them from other providers. The contract will be evaluated based on the firm's experience, cost, and Alaska Offeror Preference.
