Description
The City of Saco is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and commission two automatic emulsion‑type polymer dilution/feed systems, a polymer tote mixer, and related containment pallets for its water resource recovery facility. The contract includes full field services, on‑site training, and a performance bond equal to the contract value. The award will be based on a best‑value evaluation (80 % price, 20 % technical approach).
• Provide two complete polymer dilution/feed systems and one mixer, plus two containment pallets, meeting AIS and Davis‑Bacon requirements.
• Deliver field services: on‑site factory‑trained representative for inspection, commissioning, start‑up, and operator training.
• Submit a single PDF bid package by Oct 20, 2023, including cost, technical approach, and required bond documentation.
