Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VISN 16) is seeking a qualified, OEM‑authorized vendor to provide Alaris System Maintenance Software and associated support for the Alaris Infusion System across six VA medical facilities in Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, and Mississippi. The contract is a commercial item RFQ requiring brand‑name software only; non‑brand alternatives are not acceptable. The award will be made to the lowest priced, fully compliant offer. The base period is one year (12 months) with four optional one‑year extensions, for a potential total performance of five years. Quarterly/monthly invoicing is required, and all work must be performed during normal business hours at the listed sites.
• Scope: Provide perpetual Alaris Systems Manager license, additional site remote‑configuration, and annual Alaris Support Program software for six VA locations.
• Delivery: Software licenses and support services to be made available electronically; on‑site configuration as needed.
• Period of Performance: 12‑month base period (09‑25‑2026 to 09‑24‑2027) plus up to four 12‑month options.
• Mandatory Requirements: Vendor must be an authorized distributor/manufacturer of the Alaris brand and submit an OEM authorization letter with the quote.
• Evaluation: Lowest price that meets all brand‑name and OEM authorization criteria will be selected.
• Invoicing: Monthly electronic invoicing via VA’s e‑Invoice system.
• Locations: Alexandria, LA; Fayetteville, AR; Houston, TX; Jackson, MS; Little Rock, AR (two facilities); New Orleans, LA.
