Description
The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is seeking an architectural firm to provide consultant services related to accessibility compliance for people with disabilities for DCAS-managed court facilities throughout New York City. The selected firm will be responsible for providing architectural surveys and comprehensive architectural and related engineering design services, including services during construction, to bring DCAS-managed court buildings into compliance with applicable laws concerning accessibility. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, signage reports, services related to legal action or negotiation, litigation or alternate dispute resolution, editing final design reports or drawings, and providing professional services for survey, study, and report projects.
• The contract is expected to start on June 1, 2026, and end on May 31, 2029.
• The estimated value of each contract resulting from this RFP is above $1,000,000.
• The proposing firm must complete the Price Proposal Form and provide a fee for each line, with no blanks or omissions.
• The Minimum Requirements Per Title are set forth in Attachment K to this RFP.
• The proposing firm must specify a fee for each line, with an entry of zero (0) not being a valid entry.
