Werner Park - Bullpen Upgrades

Sarpy County is seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade the bullpens at Werner Park to Professional Development League (PDL) standards. The upgrades include removing all material, widening the mounds, rebuilding the mounds with correct product, installing drainage, fixing electrical, and installing "FieldTurf FIT Turf w/ 5mm pad" wall-to-wall, minus the pitcher's mound. The project must be completed while the Omaha Storm Chasers are on a road trip and prior to the next stadium event. • The contractor must have prior experience with constructing PDL or MLB playing surfaces. • The contractor must provide a copy of their ASBA Field Builder Certificate with their bid. • The contractor shall provide for the portable sanitation needs of the work crews. • The contractor shall take necessary precautions to avoid damage to County/Werner Park property or personal property and be responsible for repairs accordingly.
