Description
Buncombe County is seeking proposals for the management of five surface parking lots and two parking garages in downtown Asheville, North Carolina. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing and operating the parking facilities, including parking operations, revenue management, parking validation, rates, maintenance and repairs, safety and incident reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The vendor will also be required to provide monthly statements and maintain records subject to audit by the County. The contract term is for 5 years, with the option for the County to reject any and all proposals and to waive defects, technicalities, and irregularities in any proposal.
• The scope of work includes managing and operating parking surface lots and decks, including parking operations, revenue management, and maintenance and repairs.
• The vendor will be required to provide monthly statements and maintain records subject to audit by the County.
