Continuing Professional Architectural Services

The City of Weston is seeking qualified firms to provide continuing professional architectural services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm(s) will provide architectural design and related professional services for various projects, including feasibility studies, design, construction documentation, renovation, and construction administration. The scope of work includes services typically performed by an architect, as defined in Section 481.203, Florida Statutes. The key services to be provided include: • Feasibility studies, planning, and programming • Design, design development, and construction documentation • Renovation, alteration, remodeling, or repair of existing facilities • Site development related to architectural projects • Construction administration and observation services • Other services typically performed by an architect
