Public Works Operations Facility Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)

The Town of Fraser is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Public Works Operations Facility project. The project involves the construction of a new facility, including a two-story administration and maintenance building, green house, salt barn, fuel island, vehicle cold storage, heated storage building, and solar power array. The CMAR will provide pre-construction services, including estimating, scheduling, and value engineering, and may be selected to provide construction services for the project. The project is expected to have a useful service life of 50 years or longer and will be constructed using high-quality materials and methods.
