Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is seeking qualified vendors to supply Visionary Solutions AVoIP encoders, related rack‑mount hardware, cabling, and QSYS programming services for the Gold Strike Casino AV‑IP system. The contractor will provide the listed equipment (11 encoders, rackmount kits, power supplies, HDMI and CAT6 cables) and will update the QSYS program to integrate the new sources. CNE will handle onsite installation; the vendor’s responsibility is to deliver hardware, ensure compatibility, and complete the programming work by early September 2026. No substitutions are allowed, and bids must remain valid for 60 days.
