Description
The City of Madison is seeking a contractor to provide exploratory hydro vacuum utility line opening (ULO) borings. The contractor will be responsible for performing ULOs, providing traffic control, and restoring the ULO locations. The contract is estimated to be for 1 year with the possibility of renewal. The City anticipates 5-8 requests for ULOs per year, with a total of 40-50 ULOs per year.

• The contractor must provide qualified personnel and equipment to perform ULOs.
