STC Infrastructure Support Services

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking a contractor to provide infrastructure support services for its Teamwork Cloud (TWC) environment. The contractor will be responsible for standing up a cloud-native version of TWC 2024x, migrating users and associated models from the current TWC 2022x instance, and providing sustaining support for the TWC 2024x instance. The scope of work includes finalizing TWC 2024x containerization, implementing security hardening, and providing system monitoring and user technical support. • The contractor will work with NASA's Mission Cloud Platform (MCP) technical support to stand up a containerized, cloud-native version of TWC 2024x. • The contractor will implement security hardening for TWC 2024x based on current industry best practices and Zero Trust methodology. • The contractor will provide sustaining support for the TWC 2024x instance, including system monitoring, user technical support, and communication with the user community.
