Description
Los Angeles County’s Internal Services Department is seeking a vendor to provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for its Adobe ColdFusion software platform. The work involves troubleshooting, applying patches, performance tuning, and ensuring the platform remains secure and functional for county applications. This is a commodity/service solicitation with a 15‑day bid window.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, bug fixes, and updates for Adobe ColdFusion.
• Maintain system stability and security in a government IT environment.
• Respond to service tickets, perform preventive maintenance, and document resolutions.
