The State Fiscal Accountability Authority is seeking a qualified landscaping contractor to provide comprehensive grounds‑maintenance services for the ReadySC Training Center in Florence, SC. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with up to four one‑year renewal options, covering mowing, trimming, weed and pest control, fertilization, mulching, irrigation adjustments, and regular reporting across a 14.43‑acre campus. The contractor must hold appropriate pesticide certifications, carry required insurance, and submit proposals electronically by the deadline.
• Scope includes weekly to bi‑weekly mowing, bi‑annual pruning, seasonal fertilization, and ongoing pest management performed by a licensed applicator.
