Food Service Equipment, Chemicals, Supplies, and Services

The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is seeking proposals for Food Service Equipment, Chemicals, Supplies, and Services. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity ("IDIQ") solicitation, which will result in contracts that provide supplies and services to TIPS public entity and qualifying non-profit "TIPS Members" throughout the nation. The contract will replace the expiring TIPS contract 230401. • The solicitation is open to all eligible vendors. • The contract will provide an indefinite quantity of supplies and services during a fixed period of time. • Vendors who currently hold TIPS contract 230401 must respond to this solicitation to prevent lapse of contract, unless they hold another current TIPS contract that covers all of their food service offerings. • The solicitation is not specific to a particular project or scope of work, but rather a prospective award for utilization when any TIPS Member needs the goods or services offered during the life of the agreement.
