The Residences at 340 North (Phase I) – Prequalification of Contractors for Vertical Residential Construction

The Residences at 340 North is a multi-phase residential development consisting of approximately 80 residential units, including townhomes and single-family homes, along with all supporting infrastructure. Phase I of the project includes the construction of approximately twenty-two (22) two-story townhome units, together with all associated infrastructure, utilities, and site improvements necessary to support both the initial phase and future development. • The project is located in Estate St. Joseph and Rosendahl, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. • The development will be comprised of tax parcels 4I and 4J REM. • A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Optional Site Visit will be held on May 29, 2026. • Respondents will be evaluated based on relevant vertical construction experience, technical capability, key personnel, financial capacity, quality control and past performance, and experience with federally funded projects.
