NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - BD CATO Subscription and IV Prep Support

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a sole source contract for BD CATO Subscription and IV Prep Support for the VA Central California Health Care System, Fresno VA Medical Center. The contractor will provide annual BD CATO software subscription support and BD IV Prep gravimetric pack support to sustain medication preparation workflows and ensure reliable pharmacy operations. The contract is for a 12-month period, with the option for renewal. The contractor must provide routine preventive maintenance, unlimited on-site corrective maintenance, parts and labor, equipment verification, software support, and emergency/support telephone consultation. The contractor must also comply with Federal laws, regulations, standards, and VA Directives and Handbooks regarding information and information system security.
