Alabama’s Department of Public Health is seeking a consulting firm to provide technical assistance, training, and coaching to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to improve colorectal‑cancer screening rates. The contractor will design and deliver evidence‑based interventions, facilitate continuous quality‑improvement (CQI) processes, develop and share training materials, and lead a statewide community‑of‑practice for participating clinics. The work is reimbursable up to $100,000 for a one‑year period with possible multi‑year extensions.
