The Veterans Health Administration is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply 77 mobile laptop carts, each equipped with a medical‑grade keyboard and mouse, to support Bar Code Medication Administration (BCMA) at Kansas City VA Community‑Based Outpatient Clinics. The carts must be compatible with 14‑inch Dell/HP/Lenovo laptops, height‑adjustable, lockable, cleanable with hospital disinfectants, include integrated power strips, cord management, and space for a BCMA scanner and PIV card reader. Each cart must carry a minimum one‑year warranty. Delivery is FOB destination to the Kansas City VA Medical Center with a 30‑day after receipt of order (ARO) delivery schedule. The solicitation is a small‑business set‑aside, RFQ, firm‑fixed‑price, and requires the vendor to be an authorized distributor and SAM‑registered.
