The Navajo Technical University (NTU) seeks a qualified firm to develop a comprehensive Facility Master Plan for its Crownpoint main campus. The plan must assess existing conditions, conduct stakeholder‑driven needs and space programming, design pedestrian networks, street‑lighting, and landscape improvements, and produce design guidelines, cost estimates, and phased implementation schedules. Deliverables include a draft plan by mid‑January 2026 and a final, fully illustrated plan by mid‑February 2026, along with digital files and 3‑D visualizations.
• Perform site‑analysis of buildings, utilities, roads, lighting, and landscaping.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to develop space‑programming and campus‑wide design concepts.
• Produce detailed design guidelines, cost‑estimates, and phased implementation plans (short‑, mid‑, long‑term).
• Deliver bound report, PDF, CAD/GIS files, and 3‑D renderings; comply with Navajo cultural, sustainability, and tribal/federal regulations.
