Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

The budget for this opportunity is likely to be moderate, given the scope of work and the requirement for specialized maintenance services. The fact that it's a sole-source acquisition with a one-year base period suggests that the government has a specific budget in mind. Based on the description of the work, a reasonable estimate for the budget could be between $50,000 and $200,000, considering the cost of labor, replacement parts, and other expenses. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specifics of the contract.
