Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotations for floor and vacuum equipment. The equipment includes a floor machine, polisher, and vacuum. The contractor shall provide the equipment to the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital in Hines, IL. The hospital requires the equipment to improve the cleanliness of the facility and to provide a better service to its patients. The contractor shall deliver the equipment within 30 days after receipt of the order. The quotation should include the price, delivery schedule, and any other relevant information.
• The equipment should meet the specifications provided in the solicitation.
• The contractor shall provide a domestic end product or a foreign end product that meets the requirements of the Buy American Act.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
• The contractor shall provide a certificate of compliance with the Buy American Act.
• The contractor shall submit invoices electronically in accordance with the VAAR Clause 852.232-72 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests.
