Description
The U.S. Transportation Command is seeking a contractor to provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at all ports in Turkey. The contractor will be responsible for completing all tasks as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with the principles of "Safety, Efficiency, and U.S. Warfighters in Mind." The contract will have a 5-year ordering period, from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031, with an option for a 6-month extension. The contractor must provide a technical proposal and a price proposal, which will be evaluated based on technical acceptability and price.
