The City of Norwich is seeking qualified HVAC contractors to remove and dispose of two existing steam boilers, associated equipment, and one hot‑water boiler at City Hall (100 Broadway, Norwich, CT). The scope includes installing two new gas‑fired steam boilers with power‑flame burners, replacing low‑water cut‑offs and operating controls, and providing all necessary insulation, piping, and commissioning services. Bidders must be fully licensed in HVAC installation, have proven experience with boiler replacement projects, and be in good standing with the State of Connecticut. The contract will be awarded on an “Invitation to Bid” basis, with delivery terms FOB‑Destination.
