Shennecossett Golf Course PreFab Restroom Facility

The Town of Groton is soliciting sealed bids for the design, delivery, installation, and site work of a prefabricated restroom facility at the Shennecossett Golf Course (eighth fairway). The scope includes delivery of the prefab unit, construction of new utilities (water, sewer, electrical), related site grading, and repaving of the surrounding area. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 2:00 p.m. on September 17, 2026.
