2024 CDBG Water System Improvements Project

The Town of Sallis is seeking bids for the construction of the 2024 CDBG Water System Improvements Project. The project includes the installation of a new potable-water booster station, consisting of a 6,000-gallon collector tank, a 4,000-gallon hydropneumatic tank, and other related work. The project also includes additive alternates such as limestone gravel for the driveway, chain-link fence, tree removal, and rough grading. • The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. • The successful bidder must comply with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 and the Davis-Bacon Act. • Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities.
