Satellite Advanced Scheduling Tool (AST)

The United States Space Force is issuing a sole-source contract to Stottler Henke Associates, Inc. (SHAI) for the development of the Satellite Advanced Scheduling Tool (AST). The purpose of this contract is to add the Acme Ground System as an authorized user in the AST system, enabling the submission of satellite support requests and schedule modifications. The contract will also establish an automated connection to the AST system, allowing for the submittal of Computer Schedule Change (CSC) and Manning Schedule Change (MSC) for automated SCN schedule modifications.
