Description
The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting qualified firms to provide Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CMAR) services for the new Sheriff’s Administrative Complex. The selected CMAR will oversee the entire construction lifecycle—from pre‑construction planning, design review, cost estimating, permitting, and logistics through construction execution, quality control, safety management, and post‑construction close‑out. The firm must demonstrate experience on similar public‑sector projects, provide a dedicated project team, maintain rigorous safety and quality programs, and possess the financial capacity to bond and insure the work. Proposals are due October 6, 2026; questions are due September 29, 2026.
