Description
The GPO is seeking a vendor to produce six custom magnetic signs, each a different design, printed in black ink on a flexible magnetic rubberized substrate. The signs must meet GPO Quality Level 3 standards, be weather‑ and water‑resistant, and be delivered to Bechtel National, Inc. in Richland, WA by July 9, 2026. Production can use either offset or high‑resolution digital printing, but the contractor must submit a press‑quality PDF proof for approval before printing and must handle all shipping documentation and notifications.
• Six one‑sided magnetic signs (different designs) on 0.025‑0.035 in. magnetic substrate
• Must meet GPO Quality Level 3 & ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 inspection standards
• Online quote submission only; material pickup June 16, 2026; delivery by July 9, 2026 (FOB destination)
• Required pre‑flight PDF check, proof submission to Bechtel, and same‑day shipping notice with tracking
• Invoicing after POD, with mandatory W‑9 submission
