66--Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Biomark, LLC for the purchase of a VAKI Micro Splithead digital camera/counter head and a VAKI-specified PC. The equipment is needed to replace obsolete hardware in the existing fish-counting system at Eagle Creek NFH.
