Description
The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting for equipment calibration services for monitoring instruments. The contractor will be required to provide off-site calibration, documentation, and return shipping for the equipment. The contract will be for a base period of one year with two optional periods of one year each. The contractor must comply with all applicable technical standards and procedures cited in the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor will provide calibration services for various types of equipment, including air velocity meters, noise dosimeters, and sound level meters.
• The contractor must ensure that all calibrations are traceable to the United States National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) or performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable international standards.
• The contractor will be required to furnish a certificate of calibration for each individual unit calibrated under this contract.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the contractor will be paid based on the price listed in the contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, environment, and health.
