Request for Proposals for Engineering Services

The County of Wilkinson is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for work related to the implementation of approved FY 2026 CDBG project(s). The scope of work includes preparing project cost estimates, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid opening, and performing construction inspection. The County encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit proposals. Proposals will be evaluated on the following factors: Qualifications, Experience, and Capacity for Performance. • The Engineer will be responsible for preparing project cost estimates and providing all engineering services through project closeout. • The scope of work includes preparing plans and specifications, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid opening, and performing construction inspection. • The County encourages MBEs and WBEs to submit proposals. • Proposals will be evaluated on Qualifications, Experience, and Capacity for Performance.
