Description
The City of Baltimore is seeking bids for the renovation of the Patterson Park Pool House. The project includes selective demolition, renovation of the existing building, locker room addition, entry construction, site improvements, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The MBE goal is 27% and WBE goal is 10%. The cost qualification range for this work is $1,100,000.00 to $1,500,000.00.
• The project requires prequalification by the City of Baltimore Contractors Qualification Committee.
• A pre-bidding information session will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on September 30, 2025.
• The proposed Contract Documents may be examined at the Dept. of Rec & Parks, and copies may be purchased for a non-refundable cost of $100.00.
• The bid package includes conditions and requirements of the Bid.
