OWNERS PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES DPW GARAGE BAY FLOORING PROJECT

The Town of Sudbury is seeking proposals from registered architects/professional engineers to provide Owner's Project Management services for the DPW Garage Bay Flooring Project. The project involves the design and construction of a new flooring system for the DPW garage bay. The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing reports and documents, attending meetings, and providing comments and recommendations on project scope, schedule, budget, and contractor procurement methods. The firm will also assist the Town in procuring competitive bids, negotiating and awarding the contract, and supervising the construction process. The services are expected to commence upon signing a contract, which is contingent upon authorization and appropriation of funds by Sudbury Town Meeting. Key aspects of the project include: • Reviewing reports and documents • Attending meetings and providing comments and recommendations • Assisting the Town in procuring competitive bids and negotiating and awarding the contract • Supervising the construction process • Providing advice and assistance to the Town in achieving the Key Objectives outlined in the RFQ.
