City of Doral seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive solid‑waste collection, disposal, and recycling services at multiple municipal facilities. The contract will be a fixed‑price, price‑only solicitation with the award going to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The work includes providing containers, routine collection, transport to licensed landfills or material recovery facilities, and handling of debris and recycling streams, with service frequencies ranging from 2‑3 times per week at each site.
