Description
The Spindletop Center is soliciting bids for behavioral health furniture for a Diversion Center in Jefferson County, Texas. The Center is looking for a vendor to provide furniture that meets the needs of the Diversion Center. The bid must be submitted in accordance with the instructions, requirements, and deadlines presented in the IFB STC-26-002. The Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids and award the bid that best serves the interest of the Center.
Some key points to consider include:
• The bid must be clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and contain all original signatures.
• The bid must be sealed and addressed to the Purchasing Agent with the bid number and name marked on the outside of the envelope.
• The Center will only release names of the vendors who have responded to this solicitation after the Center's evaluation team has evaluated the proposals, and an award has been made and approved by the Center's Board of Trustees.
• Proposals must be submitted and received by the Center no later than 1:00 p.m. (CST), Friday, April 24th, 2026.
