The United States Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is soliciting a single one-time buy with a 100% option Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of a Spotting Instrument, National Stock Number (NSN) 6650-01-549-5838, part number 13016120.
