Description
The University of Houston is seeking a qualified partner to provide preventative maintenance, testing, repairs, and support for 18 parking garage elevators across the main campus. The elevators are of various ages and manufacturers. A mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be held on January 16, 2026. The selected partner will be expected to execute the work for the fiscal year 2026.
