KC-135 SIL Wall Installation

The United States Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the qualification requirements to provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to fabricate and install a wall on a government-owned KC-135 fuselage. The tasks include framing, sheeting, insulating, installing a standard door, painting, and fabricating a secondary access panel as specified. • The wall installation will be at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma. • The government anticipates utilizing a one-time purchase order contract. • The purpose of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to establish the minimum requirement for the KC-135 Wall Installation requirement. • The government will provide the primary construction materials as listed in Section 9.4 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • Security clearance of any level is not required, and foreign participation is not permitted.
