Description
The City of Missouri City, Texas, is soliciting sealed bids for Biosolids Sludge Hauling and Disposal Services. The successful bidder will be awarded a fixed-price, five-year contract to perform the work specified in the solicitation. The scope of work includes hauling and disposing of biosolids sludge. Bidders must submit their responses by May 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM CDT. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.

• The contract requires the successful bidder to furnish a Maintenance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Total amount.
• The successful bidder must also furnish a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, if applicable.
