Description
The Alabama Department of Transportation District 1 seeks a qualified HVAC service provider to perform routine maintenance and minor‑repair work on two district facilities in Dothan and Slocomb, AL. The contract covers a defined set of service calls, labor hours, and a parts budget, and is limited to vendors located within a 60‑mile radius of the sites. No new equipment installations or structural alterations are permitted.
• Perform 8 regular and 4 after‑hours service calls per year at the District 1 Complex and Welcome Center.
• Provide up to 30 regular and 10 overtime hours for HVAC mechanics, plus equivalent helper hours.
• Supply repair parts and consumables up to a $10,000 budget (vendor markup allowed).
• Vendor must be within 60 mi of the two sites and respond to calls initiated by the District office.
